Kokoro Fit is another retreat that we offer that is specifically targeted at helping people reach physical, mental and Nutritional goals. In the program I teach techniques that I have experimented with over 14 years of training and Nutrition, Myths that have been debunked and ancient forms of diet that have slowly started making their way into modern science due to studies proving them beyond any doubt. I teach knowledge that is understandable and perpetual so that you can make your own decisions on what your body needs without restricting yourself or pushing yourself beyond limits of your capability , all whilst seeing amazing results. 

We will have a schedule everyday with training, activities, rest and workshops to broaden your knowledge and be able to walk away as your own nutritionist and personal trainer. I have worked with people from all walks of life: Incredibly fit, some over weight, some with disabilities, some with unlucky genes...there is always a way, but my motto is : " its not what they can do when you're with them, its what they can do with themselves when they are alone" - Knowledge is everlasting.

The Retreat

2 Weeks or 3 Weeks:

There is a 2 week option as well as a 3 week option for the retreats, they will based on the same schedule every day and those that choose the 3 week option will benefit more from the knowledge side of things. There will be a talk on various topics on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The days in between will be set aside for Q&A's after lunch each day. Depending on your training ability and how you feel on the day we, will have two training sessions scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday with 2 rest days and 3 days based on movement and functional training. On these days, there will be private Balenese massages after the session for all participants.

In the talks we will cover Nutrition, Training, Muscle fascia and how much of an impact it has on your life and basics of training. In the second we we will delve more into the science behind certain exercises, what foods have an impact on your secretory organs and how these foods affect your body through hormonal release, intermittent fasting, injuries and how to deal with them as well as the training and nutritional mind set....it doesn't have to be as hard as everybody thinks.

The goal of the retreat is for you to leave with a changed mind, knowing that in order to have the desired results you don't have to suffer and that you have now adopted a way of life that Is manageable for you to only make improvements from here on out no mater how big or small.
